Recently, me and my husband moved from Finland to Switzerland for work and to study. We faced a lot of difficult situations with finding an apartment until we found the BETTERHOMES website. From there we found our current home. We were so lucky to deal with one of the BETTERHOMES real estate agent, Rimandona Spahiu! She was very professional, helpfull and gave us every information and detail about the apartment also in English. She was ready to answer for any question we had, no matter of the time!🤩
They are located across the street from where I live in Basel, but since their large office is empty I called them. A central assistant in Lausanne answered the called and promised that an agent will call be back shortly. After 6 days they still have not called be back. Seems like the Basel office is fully or temporarily closed.
Unprofessional from beginning to end. We had a flat viewing scheduled with Mr. Boss. 5min before the appointment, he called and said he'll be 5mins late – after 30-mins he finally appeared and showed us the flat. We liked the flat and submitted our application. The next day, I got a call from Mr. Boss asking if we had "family plans." I replied shocked that I was not pregnant and we had no plans for the near term. He persistently continued, "...but how about the future?" without helping us understand why this should even matter to our flat application. Mr. Boss told us he would get back to us within the next day, but we NEVER heard from him again after this call. Avoid this "consultant" like the plague!! Nontransparent, untrustworthly and absolutely unprofessional
