All feedback are fake! I lived in an apartment owned by Beurret & Partner in Basel and many of the annual statements were incorrect. For example, an elevator was listed even though there was no elevator in the building. After I terminated the rental agreement, the rental deposit was not paid out. There was also no response to emails and registered letters. I received the money a year after the termination from the bank that managed the rental deposit account. Beurret & Partner also did not respond to a request from the bank.

Very friendly and professional service overall. Mr Beurret showed a lot of flexibility that I required for letting contraction workers in the house to get quotes for renovation work before signing the contract. Everything went smoothly thanks to the services provider during the whole buying process and after. I can only further recommend.
