I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Klemme for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was highly professional, reliable, and dedicated. I particularly appreciated his transparent communication, his market knowledge, and his prompt availability when I had questions. Mr. Klemme made the entire process pleasant and straightforward, and he was always responsive to my needs. I felt well-advised and supported at all times. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Klemme and the Engel & Völkers team in Basel!
Working with Herr. Jonathan Klemme was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. He was reliable, prompt and clear in all communications, which made a huge difference people who are not Swiss or German native speakers. We never had to chase him for answers, and he was always prepared. What truly set him apart, however, was his flexibility and adaptability to our needs. Beyond his professionalism, he is genuinely friendly and made every interaction a pleasure. I whole heartedly recommend Herr Klemme and Engel Völkers Basel-City to anyone buying or selling!
Great experience dealing with both Mr. Torsello and Mr. Feinstein during the purchase of my apartment in Basel. They were very professional and always happy to go above and beyond. Highly recommended!
We had bad experience with Engel & Völkers in Basel. When we were looking for a house to buy, they advertised a property to us putting wrong, inflated numbers in their selling brochure, with a much larger lot size – over 120 sq.m. bigger than actual! – and a larger useful house area as well. When we questioned where the inflated measurements came from in their sales brochure, we never received a transparent answer from E & V. We completely lost our trust in this agency and we would never use them again.
Bought a house through them. Well, I found it simply overpriced and unfair since quite some aspects related to the house where omitted (or worse...). In this respect, points like type of construction, the renovations done (with bills), the surface area…. Were very unsatisfyingly answer, if at all. Also very pushy – to the limit of the forced sale. Cannot recommend !
