They're marketing completely exorbitant apartment prices. As a real estate agency and property management company, you should be selective about the properties you handle and not simply accept all the outrageously high prices.
I am a tenant in the building at Freie Strasse 95 and would like to expressly state that I find the current property management to be exceptionally professional, structured, and responsible. Communication is clear, factual, and comprehensible. Reports are recorded, documented, and consistently pursued within the framework of legal possibilities. Especially in an older, inner-city apartment building, this demonstrates a high degree of experience, patience, and fairness. Regarding the repeated negative reviews from Raquel G.: I live in the same building and experience the situation firsthand on a daily basis. The described conditions present a highly distorted and one-sided account. The management is by no means apathetic or inactive—quite the opposite. For months, they have been confronted with an exceptionally conflict-ridden situation, which is largely caused and perpetuated by the author's own behavior. The high volume of emails, reviews, and newly created accounts does not replace an objective representation of reality. The fact that the situation continues to escalate despite ongoing support, clear house rules, and repeated interventions says more about the dynamics of the affected tenants than about the quality of the management. In my view, the property management company always acts correctly, legally, and with remarkable composure. They protect the building and the majority of the tenants without engaging in emotionally charged escalations. That deserves recognition. I highly recommend them.
