We did our visit in Basel with Giorgio, who agreed to meet us with very flexible timings on a Saturday. He was extremely kind and showed us the apartment professionally. At the end of the visit he mediated our communication with the Landlord proactively, helping us with our requests and keeping us always updated. We really had a great impression of this treatment and finally, even if it didn't work out for this apartment, it was a nice and stress-free experience!
