Really fast and reliable communication and organization and flexibility around moving into Switzerland from abroad. Always with prompt and clear answers on the process.
Rosario and the agency have been exceptional from the very beginning. Their responsiveness, reliability, and great support made our apartment search a breeze. We were fortunate to find our new home in just two days thanks to their expertise and reactivity. Having lived abroad multiple times and dealing with countless agencies, Immorossi proved to be the most efficient one we've encountered so far. If you're looking for a top-notch real estate agency, I highly recommend them. They deliver results with professionalism, high efficiency, and a friendly attitude. Thank you!
It is with a heavy heart I have to give this overall negative review for Mr. Perri. We recently purchased a house where Mr. Perri was the real estate agent chosen by the sellers. To start with the positives: He is incredibly friendly and his service was very nice & very quick. We found his communication to be fast and often responded to our messages after office hours which was very helpful. He was mostly knowledgeable when we asked questions and was there for us at all appointments/viewings. He is certainly a good salesman! He assisted with the notary appointments, handover etc. We bought the house, went through the process and everything was fine. Once we moved in, on the very first day we immediately noticed damp in the downstairs level of the house. We investigated, had it checked etc and discovered almost the entire ground floor in the home has rising damp coming from the cellar which is attached to that level of the house. We of course contacted the old owners who claimed they knew nothing (impossible they didnt know!), contacted the notary for advice and contacted Mr. Perri. Once again, he was quick to respond and gave advice on how to proceed and even came to our home with the old owner to almost act as a mediator when discussing the problem. This was all very nice of him to accommodate and he at least tried to help. HOWEVER. On every single occasion that we viewed the house, myself or my husband expressly asked him about the damp. He assured us the house was completely safe/dry and had no issues. We especially asked in relation to the ground floor of the house (where the problem is) and he said, no no no everything is perfect! He kept pushing how great the house was (good salesman!) When viewing the house, he always `forgot` the key to the cellar to show it to us but verbally explained it was a nice big cellar. We only got to see it on the last visit and it was so full of junk belonging to the previous owners (more proof of a cover up!) we couldnt even get in to have a look. Between the back and forth of negotiations with the old owners after the discovery of the damp, Mr. Perri admitted to myself and my husband that he never saw the cellar before the day we all saw it together. Can you believe that ? A real estate agent who hadnt even inspected the property himself properly!!!! Admitting that to us, shows us his complete and gross negligence on his part in doing a thorough and proper tour/inspection of a house that he was going to be selling. It shows me that he was looking for a quick sale & a fast commission instead of being thorough in his job. I do understand there is a level of responsibility on us for not getting it triple checked by an independent company but when the owners AND the real estate agent are guaranteeing the house is water free, you tend to believe them because as we all know, your word in Switzerland is your bond. Overall, due to Mr. Perris fraudulent claims to us, we are now faced with an 11,000chf bill for a house we have been living in for only 2 months. We have zero use of the ground floor of our property for at least the next 12 months and I personally have been sent to the doctor several times since we moved in due to breathing difficulties directly related to the damp. We now have to start a lengthy legal procedure with the previous owners (who were also negligent) in order to try claim at least some of the money back. Once again, he is a nice man and great at quick and easy communication but be WARY. If he is willing to fraudulently claim (several times), that the house is not damp, what else will he lie about to make a quick sale. Unfortunately, as much as I would like to recommend Mr. Perri due to the positive parts of our experience with him, I cannot recommend Mr. Perri or his company as I wouldn't want anyone else to be stuck in the same position as we now are.
We worked with Rosario in 2022 and are very happy about the quality of his work. Rosario is a highly professional, organized and responsible real estate agent. Without any doubt, I would recommend him. If in doubt, you can reach out to me with your questions. Thank you
Herr Imrossi was very correct and professional. I got an appointment to see the flat I was interested in in the same day and informed me very well of how the contract works. He was very efficient, trustable and relliable. I would definitely contact him in the future.
