Disappointed by my experience with Livit. Applied for two apartments, submitted all requested docs promptly, and proactively expressed my strong interest. For the second apartment, I even contacted the responsible representative directly and followed all the steps that were recommended to me. I understand that not every applicant can be selected, and my frustration is not about being rejected. What disappointed me was the lack of personal communication and transparency throughout the process. After investing significant time and effort, I received only a generic automated rejection email. Finding a home is a stressful and personal process. A little more empathy and communication towards applicants would make a big difference. Unfortunately, I was left feeling more like a number than a person.

Such unprofessional agency. Tried to rent the parking spot through one of their ads. I had send an email but was left without any answer, tried calling them to end up being transferred to 3 different people but none of them was responsible for the spot (what a mess!) at the end I was asked to send another email which remained unanswered until today.

I had to deal with this company after needing to leave my apartment and find a new tenant. I found a replacement three months before my contract was set to expire, but they have made the transfer process unnecessarily difficult. They "forgot" about my contract termination three times, forcing me to submit it repeatedly. Now, they are taking an unreasonably long time to approve the new tenant—it has been three weeks, and I still have no answers. They rarely respond to emails, and when I visit their office in person, no one ever seems to know what is going on. This entire process, which should have been fairly simple, has been made overly complicated. I can’t wait for it to be over, but in the meantime, I risk losing the opportunity to secure a new tenant in time.

Avoid this company if you can. It's been over two months since I moved out, and I still haven't received my deposit. They ignore emails and refuse to address my complaints. Despite repeatedly assuring me that the deposit will be released, they take no action whatsoever.

Extremely incompetent! Despite having paid the initial rent, we received another invoice from them. Our attempts to contact them via phone and email were in vain, forcing us to make an in-person visit. To our astonishment, the error was entirely on their part, yet they displayed no remorse whatsoever. Unfortunately, this is just one instance among many similar occurrences. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.
