Very easy to organize a last minute furniture move without stress. Kelvin was awesome and helped us enormously. Price was reasonable and clearly stated. No surprises. Will use again.

We really appreciate the support of Man with a Van company. Whenever we need help with moving, carrying, removing, delivering furniture etc they always support us promptly. Very friendly gentlemen with high quality service, really good prices. Very careful in the house to avoid any damages or stains.

We couldn't have picked a better company for our move, the communication was great, all furniture has been handled with great care and they went above and beyond to make our move as stress free as possible. There were no hidden costs and they even trashed some of our old furniture free of charge. Next time I have to move I would 100% hire man with a van again : )

Worst moving company ever. I booked « man with a van » to move from Basel to Zurich in August. They showed up 3 hours late, because someone had punctured the tires of all of their trucks during the night. They arrived with no material (nothing to protect furniture, unlike what was agreed by email days before, no ladder to disassemble a suspended lamp despite me asking for that service specifically by email). My sofa heavily fell in the middle of the street. I then drove to the destination… and waited for them for an additional 3 hours…. When they finally arrived, one of the employee was really angry and pretended I gave the wrong address (looks like idk where I live…). The rest of the day went by in a really tensed atmosphere, with lots of angry speaking and shouting in Arabic in front of me. Mr Ramadan also first shouted at me on the phone, before apologizing and offering to lower his price because of the very poor service, which I accepted. Once they left, after I paid in cash (the only form of payment they accept), I checked my furnitures and noticed that many of them got damaged (ripped sofa, scratched shelves, one of my closet door even has a hole in the middle). I reached out to Ms/Mr Ramadan to ask them to contact their insurance. Ms Ramadan confirmed that she did that and that we had to wait for insurance feedback. After that, they blocked my number and email address. I tried to send a registered mail via post but they also refused it. I don’t understand how such a company can still be working in Switzerland.

Our family had a great experience. Hamdy and Isabel provided the personal touch you’d expect from a small business, making the whole moving process a lot easier. The team was on time, friendly, professional, and handled our items with care. Boxes were included and they also offer a cleaning service. Their pricing was excellent, most especially for the quality of service – straightforward and no hidden costs. Communication was clear, and they stayed efficient without cutting corners. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, reasonably priced moving company. It’s clear they value honesty and relationship building with the customer.
