I am absolutely convinced by Alpen Energie GmbH. In times of energy transition, it's not easy to find a transparent partner, but everything here is just right. The consultation is extremely competent and thorough, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair, and the entire concept is consistently future-oriented and ecologically sustainable. No hidden costs, just honest professionalism and genuine customer focus.
Mr. Chan greeted me at my home regarding a photovoltaic system and provided me with advice. He was very friendly and courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt I received competent and honest advice. He also addressed my critical questions. Thank you very much for the pleasant appointment.
Selim Can was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Alpen Energie – a name that carries weight! – Many thanks to Alican and his competent team. They masterfully handled the specific challenge of installing a facade-integrated solar system for me! I am also extremely satisfied with the recommended control components. I am impressed by the company's flexibility and accessibility – truly a beacon in the solar industry, like the Alps at sunset.
The planning was good. Everything was digitally accessible – offers, consultation, and processing. The installation was completed in 2-3 days. The system is running perfectly without any errors. The flow of information during the various stages of the project could have been better.
