I waited for over 4 months to get an offer, met all the 3 brothers, 2 visited my flat and did not receive anything. Total waste of time.
I’ve decided to update my review after some time reflecting on the experience because they got back and fixed the window. The service wasn’t terrible, but there were several issues that left me disappointed. The window wasn’t cleaned properly, there was visible dirt left in the sink and on the counter, and the workers smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was unpleasant indoors specially because I am allergic to it. They did show up and did part of the work, but the overall attention to detail wasn’t what I expected. I hope they can improve these points moving forward. Previous review was 1 star: Terrible service! I would never recommend them. They came to my place to change an window, didn’t do it, went away and never came back. Tried to reach them out, but they never answered my messages. They are not a reliable company.
