Excellent service and true craftsmanship! We had a total of 13 windows and two doors fitted with insect screens in our home and are absolutely thrilled. Florian Künzli provided us with expert advice from the very beginning and then handled the entire installation. You can immediately tell how proud Florian is of his products. He's a real craftsman who's passionate about his work! Even with our sometimes very large windows, the problems were solved perfectly. We had an existing sliding door that we wanted to replace with two doors because we needed to build a wall. This made precise work very difficult, as there wasn't much space for the wall afterward. The transition also needed to have as little height as possible to accommodate the cleaning robot. - The consultation in the showroom was very professional. Questions were answered promptly and directly. Many additional points and ideas were also suggested during the measuring process. - The installation appointment was as agreed, punctual, and the flooring was glued down cleanly. The installation took one day. The people were very friendly. Note: the adhesive has a slight odor for the first 24 hours. After that, it was completely gone. The transition to the conservatory was measured as discussed after the installation and installed a few days later. You can't even tell it was added later. The price-performance ratio was very good. The only downside is that the windows don't clean themselves.
