Excellent service and good customer relations
The repair of our tumble dryer did not cost CHF 910 as quoted by the supplier, but was limited to resetting the start delay. Räss GmbH treats customers very fairly; their service is professional and customer-oriented.

Stay away from this company. Extremely unfriendly service, very poor service, and far too expensive! The machine stopped working again one year after the repair.
Poor value for money. Commute from Bümpliz to Bethlehem: €40-45. Opening the oven for 2 minutes to check the rubber seal: €18.
