Dishwasher: Repairs after two and five years (claiming it was our fault because we didn't descale it every month!). They make a lot of claims, but the fact that the machine, according to the quote, costs twice as much as from reputable third-party suppliers (e.g., Migros) is outrageous in my opinion. And that's after a supposedly generous 10% discount.
Coffee machine repaired. Everything went perfectly – on time, within budget, great quality and service. An absolutely positive experience for me.
