Ich habe die Wohnung aufgrund wiederkehrender Probleme mit der Verwaltung Immovisa in Langendorf verlassen und möchte meine Erfahrungen dazu teilen. Aus meiner Erfahrung wurden Mieter dort nicht gut behandelt. Anliegen wurden nur unzureichend ernst genommen und es fehlte deutlich an Kommunikation und Lösungsbereitschaft. Insgesamt hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass man sich wirklich um eine faire und respektvolle Betreuung der Mieter bemüht. Auch der Eigentümer Berninvest hat aus meiner Sicht nicht eingegriffen, obwohl die Probleme der Verwaltung offensichtlich waren und über längere Zeit bestanden. Für mich war diese Kombination aus schlechter Betreuung und fehlender Reaktion letztlich ausschlaggebend für den Auszug. Ich kann diese Verwaltung daher nicht empfehlen

I had a client meeting nearby and desperately needed to use the restroom. I searched the entire area in vain for a public toilet. At the entrance of the Vaudoise Insurance and BernInvest building, the door was opened for me, and I politely asked if I could use the restroom briefly. An employee was immediately willing to help me—until Mr. Nunzio Lo Chiatto intervened. He made it unequivocally clear that this was not a public building, that I "had no business being there," and that I had no reason to be there. This was completely incomprehensible to me—especially since I am a client of Vaudoise Insurance with two companies, which shares the same entrance with BernInvest (albeit not at the BernInvest building itself). The way I was given this clear rebuff was arrogant, cold, and, in my opinion, simply unprofessional. It was a personal emergency, I behaved respectfully—and was treated as if I were a nuisance. Such behavior—especially from a manager in a position of authority, dealing with potential clients—is absolutely unacceptable. Mr. Lo Chiatto has no idea who I am or what my role is. Apparently, it's enough for him to quickly categorize someone wearing a bag, jeans, and a t-shirt and treat them condescendingly. This doesn't demonstrate stature, but rather a weakness in interpersonal skills. You're greeted based on your clothing—but dismissed based on your intelligence. Unfortunately, Mr. Lo Chiatto doesn't seem to have grasped this concept. Therefore, I can only give him two stars. For me, he's a prime example of how not to treat people.
