After water damage, an appointment for drying was arranged very quickly. The staff were very friendly and competent. They took the time to answer questions and explain everything. We thank them for their excellent service and highly recommend Zigerlig GmbH.
The company quickly dried the damp walls and uses efficient equipment, which means significant electricity consumption. However, it would be greatly appreciated if their billing were as accurate and reliable as their equipment. In our case, the calculations provided significantly underestimated the actual consumption, which we verified as a precaution using an independent measuring device. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, I recommend that all customers measure the actual electricity consumption themselves during the work.
Extremely dissatisfied! The gentleman came to our house to inspect the mold, assess its cause, and fix it. Spoiler alert: the mold was never fixed. Instead, he insulted us and spoke to us with utter disrespect. He also contradicted himself in almost every other sentence… And for his inaccurate report, we had to pay €450. Even the lawyer I spoke to rolled his eyes when he heard the company's name.
We have mold in our apartment and had Herr Ziegerlig come for the evaluation of the walls. Right from the start came a speech, that we are not airing out the apartment properly and that we need to heat much more and that it’s normal not to place any furniture against the walls that have direct contact with the outside. He didn’t even want to look at the mold that was building up. He would not look at the apartment walls from the outside. We felt completely ignored with our concerns about our health. Herr Ziegerlig would take out some special measuring tools to prove to us that he is right. The communication was very difficult and the evaluation was a waste of time and money.
