After a phone call with an employee of Teo Jakob, we were extremely dismayed. We have never experienced such unfriendly and unhelpful service before. We wanted to inquire about new Vitra office chairs for our company, as our existing chairs need replacing due to their age. Unfortunately, the employee showed absolutely no interest in assisting us with this request. Even simple requests, such as sending a chair configuration via email, were made unnecessarily complicated and felt like an imposition. It is very unfortunate that the purchasing process is made unnecessarily difficult by such behavior. Based on this negative experience, we have decided not to purchase our office chairs from Teo Jakob.
