The window replacement process went perfectly from start to finish. The consultation was comprehensive, and my needs were well understood. The installation is flawless. In short: a very pleasant experience! Thanks to the Febatec team!
After our inquiry, we quickly received a clear and transparent quote. Following the order, we had a measurement check within a few days, and then we were notified of the installation date and time. The icing on the cake was the punctual arrival of the two installers and the flawless installation. We will recommend this company at every opportunity.
We had a glass canopy manufactured and installed by Febatec GmbH. The consultation with Mr. Manuel Grossniklaus was very professional and customer-oriented. He was always fully responsive to our wishes and ideas. The installation of the glass canopy was carried out efficiently and professionally. The installers worked very cleanly. We can wholeheartedly recommend Febatec GmbH!
We chose Febatec for the glazing of our terrace with awnings. From the initial contact and the on-site project consultation to the measuring and installation, we were thrilled with the passion of everyone involved. Completion took just 1.5 days, everything works perfectly, and it's a real eye-catcher. They even offered us a connection solution that we had forgotten to include in our plans. So now everything is just right, and we're delighted to be able to enjoy the terrace even on "colder days." Many thanks to the Febatec team!
Two weeks ago, Febatec delivered eight new windows to us. After precisely measuring the old windows, the new ones fit so perfectly that they were completely installed in just two days. And what a job it was! - The two installers were very friendly and courteous. - The quality deserves the highest praise: excellent, simply outstanding. - We were very impressed to see how the two installers worked in a structured, tidy, clean, and meticulous manner when installing all the windows. This deserves our praise, thanks, recognition, and great respect. Until next time.
