No response is forthcoming to inquiries. This affects multiple departments. Even after repeated follow-ups, requests remain unanswered. Internally, it's known that customers are left footing the bill in certain situations. That's precisely why a contract is presented for signature. This ensures that the company doesn't bear the costs, even though this would be factually and legally incorrect if customers had been properly informed beforehand. Unfortunately, this practice is formally valid due to the customers' lack of awareness. This is opaque and unfair. Never again.

As part of a home renovation, I had extensive electrical work carried out by Mr. Colaianni and his team. This included the complete replacement of the distribution box, rewiring, installation of lighting, and all the electrical work for the total renovation of two bathrooms. From planning to completion, the collaboration was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would particularly like to emphasize the communication: I was kept informed of the progress at all times, and decisions were always made collaboratively. The right questions were asked – this showed me that nothing was left to chance. Furthermore, deadlines were always met to ensure that the painters, plasterers, and flooring contractors were not delayed – I would like to sincerely thank everyone for their efforts. The construction site was always left tidy and safe – something that, unfortunately, is not always a given. And finally: Technically, the work was flawless. All installations have been working perfectly since day one! In summary, I am more than satisfied and can recommend Mr. Colaianni and his team without reservation.
I am not satisfied with Burkhalter's service. The bill was twice as high as quoted, and I didn't receive what I was promised.
