Zero stars if that were possible. Warning! Lay your parquet flooring yourself. The quality was unacceptable, the company irresponsible. Other flooring installers are still asking why they laid our parquet crooked.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this flooring contractor and cannot understand the positive reviews at all. The company installed a parquet floor in our home, and shortly afterward, various types of cracks appeared (we're talking about just a few months...). After we complained about the defect, a man came by and suggested it was probably a manufacturing defect and that he would have to discuss it with the boss. The boss then claimed the cracks were caused by excessively dry air and improper cleaning (the cleaning product was subsequently praised as excellent...). They couldn't even recommend a suitable cleaning agent – truly embarrassing! In any case, they deny all responsibility and tell us to live with the risk of what might happen in the coming years. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone – stay away!
