Renovation Bern AG brought our new apartment up to scratch. They laid new parquet flooring, refinished the wooden staircase and ceiling, painted all the radiators, doors, and built-in wardrobes, and freshly plastered, textured, and painted the walls. We had contact with almost all departments and had consistently excellent experiences. The work was well coordinated between the trades, ensuring quick progress and no overlapping work. The work was clean and reliable. The construction site was always in top condition. The consultation with Mr. Stöckli (flooring) and Mr. Ammann (painting) was excellent. They were present as representatives of their respective trades during the initial site visit. We were able to ask them many questions, and they showed us various options. Samples were also provided promptly (on the same day). The quotes arrived very quickly and were accurate. Preparatory work we had already done ourselves was removed from the quote without any discussion. Communication was as efficient as the work itself. Emails were answered quickly, and we were always kept informed. Communication was as efficient as the work itself. The company has an excellent network. If you're planning a larger project, it's definitely worth contacting Reno Bern beforehand, as they have partner companies for everything that might be needed. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Reno Bern.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. The agreed-upon appointment was canceled at short notice. What was particularly frustrating was that I had already gone to considerable lengths beforehand to reserve the premises for the work – all for nothing. The last-minute cancellation came without apology and without any consideration for the effort I had already made. I expect more reliability and communication from a professional service provider. Disappointing!
