I gotta free trail session in that place, I could say it is the perfect gym to work out, every muscle has many machines , so, you will never be blocked , you will do your workouts without delays or traffic onachibes, very large one!
Great gym with super friendly and welcoming managers. The equipment is excellent, and the space is always spotlessly clean. It’s ideal for bodybuilders and fitness lovers. Even during peak hours, the gym’s size and wide variety of machines ensure you’ll find a good alternative—despite it sometimes being quite busy (rush hours).
Absolutely fantastic gym, probably the best one in Bern. Motivation going to this gym is through the roof.
NRG Gym is awesome! They have tons of different machines, which means there's always something new to try. The place is super clean, making it a comfortable and enjoyable space to work out. I really love the positive vibe and focus on fitness at NRG Gym – it's my favorite spot for a good workout!
