Not being able to cancel your subscription on the website is absolutely not okay. Tried to call but obviously they don't pick up. In addition the cleaning is just okay but nothing groundbreaking for the price and our Batmaid was extremely slow. We used this as a solution because we moved from Vaud and needed cleaning asap but honestly I was super disappointed of the price/quality. We never paid as much for this service and got so little before.

I had a terrible experience with Batmaid. The cleaner arrived 20 minutes late and left 40 minutes early, meaning I paid for an extra hour that wasn’t worked. The main task was to clean the oven, but the cleaner ended up disassembling the oven door and left it in a dangerous state, with the glass loose and the handle detached. In their response, they confirmed this is not the standard cleaning procedure for the oven. I had to fix it myself afterward and cleanup all the mess, which was extremely stressful as I was recovering from a medical condition after a hospital stay. To make matters worse, Batmaid's response was to offer future 1 hour cleaning credits as compensation, which is ridiculous since I would never use their service again. The lack of training and professionalism was evident, and I regret not reading the other 1-star reviews beforehand. In the end, after long email exchanges to complaint, I still have to pay for 1.5 hours of work at the rate of CHF 50 per hour, and the work is not even complete and done professionally. This was a -5 star experience if there were such a rating. I will not recommend them to anyone.

They cancelled on me because the cleaning person couldn’t make it and they had no one to replace her. I explained that I have guests and need someone for the specific day but they did nothing. Thus the service can’t be trusted.
