Ms. Helfer was always able to provide me with very quick and detailed feedback on all my questions. Ms. Goldmund was always available by phone and extremely flexible in accommodating my requests for changes to the schedule: The handover date was initially confirmed for Friday with only two days' notice, and then spontaneously changed to Monday morning just one day before. The team really went above and beyond to make these short-notice appointments and changes possible. And in the end, everything worked out perfectly! Communication was consistently very friendly and professional. Thanks to their excellent work, the apartment was accepted practically without any issues during the handover. I highly recommend them!

Worst service ever. Cleaning was not good so they had to do it again. Left huge stain on the floor with some chemical and argued that it was there from the beginning. Just saw stain during keys handoverso I was the one needing to pay for floor repair.
