No one has ever solved a problem so quickly! It took less than 3 minutes and I already had my new key. And all at a fair price and with friendly service – I'll be back.

I took a pair of new, unworn sandals to Mister Minit in Westside because I have very narrow feet and wanted the straps in the forefoot area tightened. The employee asked me to try them on, looked at them, and confirmed that this adjustment was possible. That was on a Saturday, and I was told I could pick them up again on Tuesday afternoon. When my husband went to pick up the sandals on Wednesday evening, they were initially nowhere to be found. It turned out that nothing had been done at all. A week later, my husband picked up the shoes again. At first glance, I could see that the straps had now been made much too tight—even for very narrow feet. My toes no longer fit through the straps. The shoes are now unwearable and practically ruined. What's particularly annoying is that I had specifically mentioned during the fitting that if the shoes were still slightly too loose after the adjustment, I could easily use a silicone insole. Instead, the strap was shortened so much that the shoe is now completely unwearable. So, for 25 CHF, a brand new shoe was altered in such a way that I can't wear it even once – and have to throw it away immediately, as it won't fit anyone anymore. Very disappointing!!! It's a shame you can't give zero stars here. On March 7th, I sent an email to the address provided. After 10 days, still no response.... I have a different understanding of "we take this very seriously"... Unfortunately, customer service hasn't responded to my second email either, even to this day (April 12, 2026). I have a different understanding of "we would like to resolve the problem..." and "so that we can find a satisfactory solution for you as quickly as possible..."!!!

We went to Mister Minit in Westside today. We wanted to have a car key and a mailbox key duplicated. The car key cost CHF 33.90 and the mailbox key CHF 21.90. When the keys were ready, my friend went to the car to try the car key and came back because it didn't work. The salesperson said he'd come with me to try it too, but when he arrived, he saw that it didn't work. He said it needed to be ground down a bit. After he did that, it still didn't work until he made a second one. My friend then had to go back to the car about two more times to try it. The salesperson was very unfriendly; he basically told me he'd told my friend he needed to buy a new car. After my friend had tried it about two more times, he wanted his money back. The salesperson just told him that sometimes it's not the key but the lock. It's strange, though, that the old key, the original car key, worked. And we can't imagine that all the car locks are broken. He did give him back the money for the car key, but only 32 CHF instead of 33.90 CHF. Once home, we tried the mailbox key, which unfortunately only worked with great difficulty. We won't be having any more keys made there.

I'm very satisfied with the service at Mister Minit! My shoes were repaired quickly, professionally, and with great care. You can tell that real craftsmanship and experience are at work here. The advice was also friendly and honest – they didn't just try to sell me something, but really listened to my needs. The price was absolutely fair. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend this shoemaker.
