Far too expensive.
I've rarely seen such an unprofessional and dubious service provider. My old landlord commissioned a nameplate engraving in January. Neither he nor I ever received an invoice. Six months later (!), I received a reminder letter stating that the invoice hadn't been paid. They definitely simply forgot to send the invoice, and six months later, it probably caught the system. Terrible service. Maybe that's part of the business model, but it's simply part of the business model.
Far too expensive. Zylinger replaced (Kesa 4000, under 100 CHF), travel distance less than 1 km, working time less than 15 minutes, cost: 450 CHF.
