Bill + Künzi installed a geothermal heat pump in our detached house. From the initial consultation, planning, and quote, through to the installation, construction management, and coordination with the drilling company, electrician, and builder, right up to the final invoice, everything was perfect. Despite inflation, the quoted price was adhered to precisely during the clearly communicated waiting period, and the heat pump was commissioned exactly on the promised day. Furthermore, their quote was one of the most competitive. Highly recommended.

We received a CTA indoor air source heat pump from Bill & Künzi in November 2020. From planning to installation, conversion, commissioning, and service, everything was implemented perfectly. The situation in our terraced house was complicated (noise regulations meant an outdoor pump wasn't possible), and the indoor CTA with its custom-designed intake shaft was the best solution. Coordination, information, scheduling, the dismantling of the old boiler, and the subsequent installation were all flawless. Today, the Magna filter was serviced. Everything was top-notch – friendly, informative, and customer-oriented. It's a shame you can't give six stars; Bill & Künzi deserve an extra one.
