I had a very good experience using Swisscare as my Insurance policy when I was at Lausanne Switzerland. The swift mail responses to my requests, the refunds and management of the policy all gave me an overall good feeling. To cite an instance, I had paid for a student policy before I travelled. Unfortunately, I had visa issues and arrived in Switzerland later than I had planned. Swisscare refunded me the amount that I paid after contacting the customer service.
