Subpar management... We looked at a house in the Bern region, then another in the Solothurn region... The real estate agent was unprepared, knew nothing about the neighborhood, the region, or the house. It's all about the return on investment. Hidden bidding process... We had to ask about the exact procedure; it wasn't in the advertisement. They apparently sell houses at exorbitant prices, and they don't even bother to paint a single wall before moving in. We're staying in the Bern area for now, thanks a lot, management...
