Unfortunately, I also have to say that as a tenant, you don't really feel taken seriously. Problems are downplayed, trivialized, and ultimately, you're told you're exaggerating or lying. Communication from certain employees is condescending. Tenants, due to their long-term tenancy, are practically untouchable and can get away with things without consequences. They try to fob you off until you give up, as the management claims to find it annoying. Even if you don't pay much rent, you have a right to expect that the house rules and quiet hours are observed. Instead, you have to go to the conciliation board to assert your rights. I'm also refraining from giving the standard, generic response, as I have no interest in a conversation or anything else. I'm glad to be rid of this management company and would recommend that they provide their employees with more training in dealing with customers/tenants.

Out of all Verwaltungs where we have been, Dr.Meyer and the people we communicate with in Dr.Meyer are the best. They answer to our questions, are helpful, can be reached via E-Mail and phone, which is really amazing. I hope they will keep up the good work and will only improve.
