I attended the "Property Management Specialist" course at WISS – University of Applied Sciences for Business and Information Technology and I'm very pleased with my experience. In the Property Management module, I had the pleasure of being taught by Philipp Müller. He is an extremely competent instructor who conveys the material with numerous practical examples and helpful tips and tricks. I was particularly impressed by how clearly he was able to explain even complex topics. The course was held online, yet the lessons were very engaging – the time in front of the screen flew by. Especially for me, as a newcomer to the real estate industry, much of it was new and sometimes quite challenging. However, thanks to Philipp Müller's motivating and practical approach, I was able to learn a great deal and develop a passion for property management. I received a wealth of exciting and useful information that I can readily apply in practice. Thank you so much for your dedicated instruction!
Overall, a truly pleasant management company! From the initial contact and viewing, through the application and acceptance process, to moving in and beyond (reporting defects, various minor issues, etc.), everything went smoothly and with great courtesy. Various minor problems with the apartment (e.g., the toilet not working properly) were always addressed promptly. Communication was consistently excellent and pleasantly friendly. A real stroke of luck for me! Other management companies could certainly learn a thing or two from them... Many thanks, especially to Mr. W., Ms. B., and Ms. K. for their hard work!
Tenant concerns are handled promptly and professionally. If a tradesperson is needed, they are contacted immediately. We greatly appreciate this.
They seem to be a bit cheeky with their prices. The ad didn't specify the apartment's size, but based on the price, it should have been around 30 square meters (850 CHF per month in the city of Bern, but almost directly on the main road). I went to see it, and it was at most 20 square meters, if that.
Unfortunately, Huber Real Estate surrounds itself with dubious debt collection agencies that issue unjustified and arbitrary fines at the Bimano in Bern. If you try to confront the employee issuing the fines, you are met with vicious attacks and dismissed. It's truly awful when a nice family day out has to end like this.
