Real estate agencies dealing with rental properties in Switzerland often get a “bad rap”. My recent month-long experience with team Bieri / Iseli was quite remarkable. The extremely detail-oriented team approach was well managed and executed. I want to give a special mention to the delightful and noteworthy Ms. Chassot, Mrs. Schlappbach, Mrs. Schneider, and the young and talented Ms. Gyger! Your support in our time of need will not be forgotten.
always very friendly but never does anything. everything needs to be requested 500 times after "yes we will take care of it right away" only for nothing to happen again. everything takes forever or simply doesn't get taken care of at all. probably understaffed...
The worst rental agency in Bern. How is it possible that a rental agency forgets to fill the fuel tank for the heating system. The whole building, many families, elderly people, people who work from home, everyone with 15 degrees at home for 7 days. After multiple calls, none replied. Unacceptable!

Worst landlord that has ever taken care of the building I live in Fribourg. They take weeks to answer simple emails. I’ve been asking for more than a month for them to deal with a noise complaint situation, and they simply do nothing. The neighbours do as they please, are as loud as they want, and nothing changes. Our entrance hall has been vandalised more than a week ago, and so far the ceiling hasn’t been repaired at all. I guess it’s very comfortable to sit in Bern while your property in Fribourg becomes a real mess. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
