I was assigned Mr. Sägesser as my attorney in an employment law matter. He appeared completely unprepared for the hearing and trial, leafing through his files haphazardly. Fortunately, I had few documents with me. He hadn't made any necessary calculations regarding the outstanding wages, even though the legal expenses insurance company had determined a significant wage arrears. He had apparently ignored important documents without reading them. Overall, this lawyer didn't seem in any way committed or interested in achieving the results his clients were entitled to. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, not even to a legal expenses insurance company that has too many cases. You can defend yourself or assert your rights there. And why should I criticize a law firm if I wasn't actually represented by them? And yes, even poor performance can and must be pointed out.
I want to warn you to be careful when dealing with a lawyer named Rohr, whose only concern is money. After scheduling an appointment with him, I went to consult him about a matter, but he listened and asked many questions. However, he didn't answer any of them, didn't offer any solutions, and didn't help me at all. Afterward, he demanded 500 Swiss francs from me, and when I contacted him several times by email and phone, he didn't respond and refused to deal with it any further. This lawyer was not treated well.
Very competent, great customer service, I felt very well looked after and felt well supported and represented. They are very professional, I can only recommend them!
