All went excellent and teams were highly motivated and dealt with empathy in regards leaving our “home and castle” after 38 years. We commissioned K+O to move the household content of a 60 m2 apartment in one 20-foot container from Switzerland to the Philippines for our emigration. K+O specialists professionally dismantled bulky furniture (5-door wardrobe, bed, dining table), carefully packed fragile items, completed all customs formalities (export and import). It is with great satisfaction that we confirm all household goods have arrived in good condition, nothing is broken or damaged !! Moved a full household from Switzerland to the U.S. Packing Up went all smooth and well, cleaning good, although no communication about date change! Stuff arrived on time in the U.S, just had to make them aware of the storage bill (wanted to bill us 4, instead of only 2 weeks). We had a good experience and suggested them to colleagues.Unfortunately their move was from the moment the started unpacking in the U.S, terrible. They had kind a lot of stuff missing, all selected, expensive items. K&O only coverd a silly amount of the missing $, even though they were insured.
