Very satisfied I called on Monday, they came on Wednesday, and they were very quick. The technician, Lenny, who came to repair my machine, even went back and forth to his supplier to fix it on the first try!
Once again, 100% satisfaction. My dishwasher had a problem, and they came the day after I called. It was working again that day, but the technician checked everything anyway and noticed a missing part. He replaced it. Friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them! It's increasingly rare to find such high-quality service. Well done!
My opinion may change depending on what happens next. As it stands, I strongly advise against this company. I'll keep it factual: - Initial diagnosis performed (without disassembling the machine): 130 CHF - Ordering the defective part: 120 CHF - Second intervention to replace the defective part: it turns out that the part has no problem. The initial diagnosis is therefore incorrect. - After numerous reminders, Hoovernez has offered no solution, and it is impossible to contact a manager. Bottom line: 250 CHF spent, impossible to discuss a solution. I'll let you form your own opinion on the reliability of this company.
