Horrible experience. We hired this company to install our dishwasher. Unfortunately, during the installation, they completely destroyed the cabinet under our sink. We contacted the company again, and a representative came quickly to take measurements. He assured us he would contact his boss to arrange for repairs and replace the damaged materials. However, after leaving, he called us back to say it wasn't his fault or the company's, and that the cabinet was already broken, thus shifting the responsibility onto us. Furthermore, the dishwasher was installed barely three weeks ago and is already displaying an error code. We've now been waiting for a technician for a week, without any news. Faced with this lack of professionalism, we've decided to return the appliance.

Stay away!!! It costs 130CHF just for them to come out and say that "well, it could be difficult and expensive to repair". Then they propose to you to buy a new machine from them (wait a sec, aren't they a repair service company?). Cherry on the cake is the two exact machines they suggested we buy have a price tag 25% more expensive than what you can find online from other vendors. Well done!

To be fair they did reply to all emails, but their communication and comprehension skills are sadly lacking. I had to repeat the same simple information 2-3 times only to receive an outrageous price for a tiny piece of plastic. Sorry, not impressed.
