A terrible experience with this agency! I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews about Ms. Mendez... My family and I took out third-pillar pension plans with her, and we later discovered that the information she provided was deceptive and dishonest. Furthermore, she only offers contracts with one insurance company because it's the one that pays the trustees the most, to the detriment of the client. Ms. Mendez acted deceitfully, failing to clearly explain the terms and hidden fees of the various contracts. Because of her, we lost a lot of money and are extremely angry, as despite numerous follow-up attempts, she never responded to our messages. However, when it comes to drawing up contracts, she knows how to harass people with a barrage of calls. I strongly advise against using this agency and recommend that anyone interested in a third-pillar pension plan carefully review the terms and conditions before committing.
