We had a choice of two suppliers for our kitchen at our new house, and without knowing either, chose this company. What started well deteriorated rapidly when a key staffmember left, leaving us with extremely rude staff, repeatedly ignoring emails, cancelling meetings late minute without explanation etc. A shockingly poor level of customer service.
