Following a repair to my toilet (leak). I was really not satisfied with the repairs carried out. After a telephone conversation with a manager to find a solution, we apparently didn't find anything. The tradesman decided to seal the toilet bowl (without asking our opinion). I'm leaving a photo of both repairs...

Hello, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the service provided by Mr. Kevin/Mr. Jordan on April 6, 2023, for a service call to my home regarding a blocked toilet drain. The work was very clean, quick, and the staff very friendly. I have nothing but praise for these two individuals, as well as for the excellent service I received on the phone from DEM Technologie when scheduling the appointment. I highly recommend this company. 👌👌

Attentive listening and advice, a network equipment order, product availability one day later, availability and professionalism: That's what they provided! Please stay just as you are and as I discovered you. Thank you to them, and I highly recommend them. Cheers, Claude

I had a bad experience with the council. I called a plumber to uninstall some appliances and inquired whether the building management would cover the cost. The manager told me not to worry and that the building management would most likely pay for the service. I would have preferred a more professional response, stating directly that they wouldn't cover it. I received the bill without any explanation.
