We had persistent mold problems in our house due to the lack of a ventilation system. After contacting Murprotec, they installed a very discreet and, above all, highly effective ventilation system. The effect was immediate: since then, we haven't had any more mold problems, and the system works perfectly, requiring only a filter change twice a year. The quality of Murprotec's products and services has been exemplary, especially their employees who have always been very friendly and professional. In conclusion, I highly recommend them without hesitation!
The diagnosis was clear, precise, and well explained by Enzo, who was very professional. The installation (in the attic) was clean and straightforward. The installer was also very professional. The unit has now been running for a month, and we no longer have condensation on the bedroom windows in the morning. The Wi-Fi control module allowed us to adjust the unit's power via the app, as the relative humidity had dropped a bit too low (around 30%). Now everything is perfect, around 40%.
The schedule of the appointment was very fast. Mr. Anthonioz arrived on time and the appointment was done with transparency and efficiency.
After Mr. Matos determined that we had a problem of condensation we decided to install a machine which increase the air circulation in our house. We noticed the difference right after few days. The air inside each room is much better and there is no more condensation, especially on the windows. We are very happy with our decision.
We had a visit from the expert whose only goal was to sell us an expensive machine to change the air. No interest in really cleaning the mold or providing a suitable alternative solution. We signed the contract but used the get out clause in the contract to end the agreement. Incidentally, nobody called until the two week get-out period had passed. Do not recommend.
