They ordered high-end wallpaper and put it up on the walls. The wallpaper was defective, with scratches, and despite the flaws, they hung it up anyway. I do not recommend this quality at this price.

Curtain making: incorrect measurements taken for both length and width, requiring rework in the workshop; incorrect supplementary order. Result: project completed 1.5 months late, and a letter of complaint sent to management went unanswered.
Strongly recommend to not work with Lachenal. Did the flooring in our apartment badly, and while coming out to look at the damage (under warrenty), Lachenal doesn't even bother responding to multiple requests to fix the flooring.
