Yoann and his team of professionals work hard to create the rooms of your dreams. Be it practical laundry rooms, smart home office solutions or dreamy dressing rooms. Without need for prompting, appointments are made and the practicalities are dealt with, whether that be plumbing or electrics, or the main install of woodwork/furniture. Yoann really cares about the customer and their satisfaction during the install. The team work autonomously. For all projects, it is never plain sailing and little hiccups happen along the way but the problem solving and thinking on his feet sets him apart from others. During this install, (three rooms at once was a big ask), there were issues in each room, none caused by Yoann yet solutions and negotiations helped get the project to the end ( we are almost there!). I am really happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use Collet Homes in future and wholeheartedly recommend to others.
