It’s a good company and they had at least one excellent agent but they should make the things easier for whom wants to cancel a periodic cleaning.

I have had almost no problems with Batmaid, but whenever schedules or bills needed adjustments then I’ve had outstanding attention and efficient results from your bureaus. I’ve mentioned this frequently to my associates and my family is relieved that I’m so well respected. I am 85 now with various health issues that are annoying. I’m able to keep my independence thanks to your staff. I wish all online business worked so well. You should have a sideline in training. I don’t want to overlook the excellent houseworkers. You’ve managed to find perfect matches for me. I just wish your ladies would stop having babies. But bonus is that I’m a grandmother to a lotta kids. I don’t know how to explain to Batmaid what an important part of my life you’ve become. I hope This note helps a bit to express my gratitude

Hello, I hired Batmaid for my end-of-tenancy clean in an attempt to save time and have a professional job done to make moving less stressful. Unfortunately, their hiring only added stress and in the end more cost to my move. At first customer service was very pleasant and helpful. Come the day, the cleaners were on time but no cleaning products– a service which I paid extra for – showed up until nearly 40min later due to a road accident, cutting into the allotted cleaning time. My partner and I came back a few hours later to check the flat and many things both basic and extra in their offer had been forgotten: - The bathroom cabinet had not been cleaned nor had the skin - All three window blinds - Dust on counters, cupboards etc I had taken my shoes off to make sure I did not dirty anything and upon leaving my feet were black. The floors were dusty and grey as if they had been washed with dirty water. I called them back to complain and they quickly offered to complete the job the next day at 8.50 am, annoying but helpful. At 8.50 am they were a no-show, and only an hour later just before 10 am did someone finally show up, once again due to a road accident, I was understandably irritated. The next day was my “état des lieux”, I arrived 30min before to again dust all over and the blinds untouched. The job had obviously yet again not been completed. I informed customer service, sent them the pictures, and expressed once again my dissatisfaction with their services. The only option I was offered was a 3rd round of cleaning for an apartment I was now no longer living in. They refused any other form of compensation unless they received a detailed régie report. In my eyes, the régie’s opinion on the state of the apartment is irrelevant given I had paid for a cleaning service, including extra for specific jobs, that had simply not been completed. Their lack of professionalism went as far as to them saying they would contact my régie directly for the full report as my description and pictures were not proof enough. They obviously do not hold their cleaners or themselves to a very high standard as the flat was still unfinished and unclean after their 2nd visit. They then said it was impossible that if the flat was un clean the regie wouldnt have let it pass.The pictures speak for themselve it was a mess!!! Moving in itself is stressful, having to micro-manage a “professional” cleaning service hired to make things easier was no help. I am very disappointed in both their services and their attitude towards their clients, I should have trusted previous bad reviews and hope others will learn from my misfortune.
