Very nice store, with interesting items and a wide selection of books. It's a shame the store staff aren't very professional or knowledgeable. Some items on display were mispriced. I expected them to take responsibility for the mispricing and that I could have purchased the item at the listed price, but they didn't. I want to emphasize that if a customer decides to buy an item at the price they find displayed on the item, the seller has an obligation to sell it at that price, even if the price isn't correct. Otherwise, it's a lack of professionalism and expertise on the part of the seller. A shame.
A very pretty boutique located right in the heart of Geneva's old town. The storefront alone is enchanting, and the staff are welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend it!
