We chose this agency because of high rating. But these reviews are not an accurate representation of this company in reality. Since two weeks we trying to reach the director to talk about our issue. No one reaches out to us. Choosing Mr.Gergory Tino for our simple loan turned out to be a nightmare for us. Not only is Mr. Tino utterly incompetent, he keeps lying, he gaslights you and tells it's all bank's fault or insurance's fault even though the bank is reaching us directly because sounds like they get no communication from Mr. Tino. 6 months to get a simple loan and it's still not done, 2 months past deadline and lost rental income for us. Lots of stress and wasted time trying to communicate with Mr. Tino who always dismisses us saying it's going well even though nothing is going well. 6 months and don't know how much longer and even now it's never his fault. Don't fall for his lies and manipulation.

Excellent mortgage brokers! Was hand-held through the entire process by two lovely ladies which, as an expat new in the country, was exactly what I needed. Very suited for non-French speaking people and frontaliers (i.e. people working in Switzerland but living in France). I highly recommend their services!
