MonsieurJawwad arrived Saturday morning, confirmed presence of punaises de lit and volunteered to make an extraordinary visit on Sunday to clear the room. He could not have been more professional- extremely thorough, most courteous and we have not experienced any problem since his visit. He was also better priced than competitors. Highly recommend!
