We experienced bites on Friday night and called Desinsecta on Saturday morning. MonsieurJawwad arrived Saturday morning, confirmed presence of punaises de lit and volunteered to make an extraordinary visit on Sunday to clear the room. He could not have been more professional- extremely thorough, most courteous and we have not experienced any problem since his visit. He was also better priced than competitors. Highly recommend!
