We invited Yannick in order to fix a leaking water pipe which was part of the sanitary installation for our washing machine. Yannick arrived in time, checked the problem, immediately detected the point of leak and what will be the best but also professional way to solve it. He was very customer-service oriented and explained us the costs with full transparency. He solved it in less than 30 minutes of work with cleaning and checking that all is good. I was amazed by his excellent service and I recommend anyone who needs a plumber to use his services. We spoke French during the meeting however I believe that he speaks English too.
The service was very professional and friendly. Price was also reasonable. We had a problem with shower. We send few photos a day before his visit and he fixed it very quickly. Thank you Yannick!

I have been very happy with Yannick. He was always prompt and explained everything he needed to do. I had a loss of pressure in the hot water and he not only fixed the problem that day but offered an improvement which I accepted and was done at my convenience.
