The installers arrived at unforeseen hours and attempted to break into my home. The work remains incomplete despite several follow-ups over the past month, with no response or replacement installer to correct and complete the installation. It has now been almost three months in total that we have been waiting for SOS Plumber to properly install a drain trap.
The previous reviews are fake or paid for... I called this company to unclog a sink. Over the phone, they quoted me around 250 CHF. On site, I was charged 810 CHF for just 45 minutes of work, including 165 CHF for travel to Geneva alone. The bill was clearly inflated. Even worse, it's impossible to contact the company: they don't exist at the address on the invoice, nor at the one listed on Google, and they don't respond to any emails. This strongly resembles a shell company operating on overcharging and fraud. Legal action is necessary to contest this exorbitant billing.
