Finding a place to live in Geneva and managing the relationship with the régie is no easy task. Thankfully, Francese and Beytrison took care of our dossier for over four years. Every little issue we had in the flat was promptly resolved. They have even coordinated with the landlords for the modernisation of the entire electrical system. Thank you! I already miss our lovely apartment, but I know it is in good hands as SPG has selected great tenants to take it over, which is reassuring to the landlords as well.

The worst and more RUDE person I had ever met in my entire life!!!! Avoid to talk to Jennifer, She is mean and very busy apparently being Rude!!!!! I guess only customer interested on buying large properties make her attitude softer.
I've been with them for a couple of years. Much more organized than our previous Regie (Primmo). We had a few issues, and they promptly sent professional people to fix them. When I had a problem with my bank and ended up paying rent late, they waved the late fee and were patient while I fixed my online banking. Good REGIE.
