Me and my husband had a hard time looking for a apartment..(still looking) everytime we call the Bordier-Schmidhauser from the advertisement at immoscout they are very willing to help us...all team was accommodating and sufficient..time to time updating by email. .thank you so much
Shameful agency, very disappointed at how things are handled (not surprised now reading other people's comments). Very poor service, little to no follow up by email, abusive practice relative to charges. You really feel alone against organized crooks. I am really dissapointed with those kind of companies. After leaving the appartment, for a small shower cap which was handed over broken from the begining, they charged us 295 CHF after almost one year of leaving the appartment. They employers are also very unproffessional in communication, rude and I would never recommend them to any body.
Rented a furnished apartment through this agency for 3 years, dealing with Mr Mettler. Service was excellent and we did not have any problems during or after our stay. Everything was correct and satisfactory.
