Maxime is an extremely professional individual that makes the very troublesome house-hunting process enjoyable. I have had the pleasure of meeting him during a house visit and didn’t hesitate to start working with him for my house search. Besides helping in the search, he’s very experienced in the real-estate world both from a practical and legal standpoint. He helped me in validating the contracts I received, calling the regies and people of reference, checking the inventory of the house, and suggesting all the best insurance options and complimentary documents’ best practices. He really does provide a 360 degrees support when it comes to looking for a new place. Needless to say, speaks perfect English, French, and he’s super friendly. 10/10!
